The short film Road 13 is completed and will have it’s international premiere at Gothenburg International Film Festival on January 28th.
Helene Granqvist will for the second year in a row be pitch coach for the Nordic Genre Boost on the Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund in august.
Nordic Factory has bought the film rights to Tove Folkesson’s edgy novell The Huntresses of Kalmar (Kalmars Jägarinnor). The film will be directed by Magnus Hedberg and in the roles of the five huntresses we see: Felice Jankell, Happy Jankell, Alba August, Hanna Ardéhn and Tina Pourdavoy. The film is scheduled to be shot in spring 2017.
After a long festival run throughout the world and cinema premiere in France and Switzerland, Granny’s premiere in Italy will take place in Bologna in June 15.
The development of the TV-series Öved continues and the project has received development support for the fifth time from the Swedish Film Institute.
In May 2015 the work with the writers room for ÖVED TV-Series (working title) begun with a group of wonderfully talented people.
